As a Specialist, Partnership and Total Experience you will support initiatives that enhance the experience of Alectra’s employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders. This role focuses on sound project management, project delivery and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and enable innovative solutions. This position reports into Manager, Partnership and Total Experience.
The position contributes to Alectra’s strategic objectives in total experience technology and supports the integration of digitally advanced energy solutions that provide diverse choices for customers.
What you’ll do
Total Experience Optimization
- Execute tasks that optimize user journeys across digital channels and technology platforms.
- Ensure digital interfaces are user-friendly and consistent with Alectra’s brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment across customer and employee touchpoints.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving user experience and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Assist in evaluating potential vendors, collaborators, and partners aligned with Alectra’s strategic goals.
- Maintain relationships with industry partners and support activities that promote innovation and commercialization.
- Contribute to the integration of proven innovation pilots into business operations.
- Support student programs and partnerships with academic institutions to build talent pipelines.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend experience improvements.
- Support enterprise-level customer segmentation programs and engagement strategies.
- Assist in maintaining digital infrastructure that supports customer experience (e.g., websites, mobile apps, CRM).
- Project & Business Case Support
- Capture functional and non-functional requirements of projects from stakeholders and ensure these requirements are implemented.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and funding applications for innovation initiatives.
- Support project management activities, including preparing proposals, budgets, and schedules for GRE&T Centre projects.
- Assist with regulatory filings, internal and external project reporting including PMO reporting, stakeholder engagement, performance reporting and/or funder reporting as required.
Who you are
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability or related field.
- Knowledge of the energy and utility industry, including emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and user experience principles.
- 3–5 years of experience in user experience, digital solutions, business development, and project management.
- Experience supporting projects and partnerships in cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Hybrid: This role is based in a hybrid environment, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work to support team collaboration and business needs.
- At Alectra, Compensation for non-union positions is determined within a defined salary range for each role. Placement within the salary range depends on several factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
