As a Coordinator, Corporate Services, you will play an essential role within our Corporate Services, Learning & Development business unit, reporting to the Supervisor, Learning Programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support and assisting in the development and maintenance of various documents including learning units, the Competency Assessment Plan and its related documents, employee handbooks, and HR manuals.
- Completing activities related to the administration of the Competency Assessment Plan.
- Supporting the Company’s Learning Management System by applying and maintaining LMS configurations, including recertification schedules, notifications, and auto-enrollments
- Acting as the first point of contact for LMS technical inquiries.
- Coordinating Learning Programs and Corporate Events by assisting in the planning and fully executing all aspects of HR led Corporate events including retirements, long service recognition program, wellness initiatives, Company conferences, and United Way campaign
- Coordinating registrations for third-party and in-house learning programs, including booking facilities, equipment, and other requirements
- Qualifications include:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, from a recognized institution;
- Two years’ experience in a corporate administration role, or equivalent;
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal; and
- Attention to detail.
