About the Role

Nova NRG is hiring proven in-home solar closers in South Florida.

This is not a lead-chasing role. Our internal call center sets and confirms appointments, so your job is to prepare, execute, and close qualified homeowners who are already expecting the visit.

Top performers are closing 4–6 deals per week from 10–15 scheduled appointments.

- Running in-home solar appointments
