What You’ll Do

Engage homeowners face-to-face through door-to-door outreach or community events.

Educate prospective customers about solar benefits and incentive programs.

Schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants.

Collaborate with team leaders to exceed weekly and monthly goals.

Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction.

Compensation & Growth

$18–$25 per hour based on experience.

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, goal-driven, and detail-oriented individuals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation (required).

Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer engagement is a plus — but not required.

Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public.
