Stellar Oilfield Rentals provides housing, communications, power, and support services for oilfield locations across Texas and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Service Technicians to join our team in Marion, TX.

Position Overview

Service Technician Description

The Service Technician is responsible for rigging up, rigging down, maintaining, and supporting well-site rental equipment and accommodations. This role requires someone who can work outdoors, follow safety protocols, and collaborate well with a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Rig up and rig down well-site surface rental equipment and housing units

- Install semi-permanent water and sewer systems

- Perform minor electrical work on pumps, vacuums, light plants, generators, and housing units

- Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and company representatives for site planning and organization

- Assist with on-site installation of accommodations and equipment

- Monitor and coordinate logistics and transportation of company assets

- Work closely with team members within structured work crews

- Complete daily Job Safety Analyses, vehicle inspections, and hazard/near-miss reports

- Follow all company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements

- Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs

- Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older to meet driving and insurance requirements

- Customer-service oriented and goal-driven

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Willing to learn introductory carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills

- Strong focus on maintaining a safe work environment

- General labor or construction experience is a plus

- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years)

- Acceptable criminal history record

- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

- Professional conduct at all times

- Ability to adhere to all company safety standards

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
