Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Generac Generators
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs and service calls
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a related field with Generac
- Strong knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with Generator systems, including troubleshooting and repair
- Familiarity with Generac Generators
- Ability to operate vehicles for service calls (valid driver's license required)
- Knowledge of Generator repair is beneficial
- Field service experience is preferred
