Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to manager our stand alone HR department. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, employee relations, and the development of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing HR functions, including performance management and succession planning, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
•Oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
•Manage employee relations to promote a positive work environment.
•Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
•Handle weekly and biweekly payroll processing.
•Lead training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
•Implement performance management processes to evaluate employee contributions effectively.
•Conduct budgeting for HR initiatives and ensure resource allocation aligns with company objectives.
•Facilitate succession planning to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Experience
•Proven experience in a senior HR management role with a focus on strategic planning and employee relations.
•Strong knowledge of HR software systems.
•Demonstrated ability in training development, performance management, and supervising teams.
•Experience in budgeting processes related to human resources functions.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
