Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and have a proven track record in human resources management. You will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, enhancing employee orientation processes, and managing employee evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
•Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
•Manage the recruitment process using tools such as Taleo, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
•Conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
•Negotiate employment terms and conditions with prospective employees.
•Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and improve workforce planning.
•Collaborate with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and drive change initiatives.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Experience
•Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a managerial role.
•Familiarity with HR software systems such as Dayforce and PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
•Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
•Experience in conducting employee evaluations and implementing performance management systems.
