In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance on matters related to talent management, organizational change, employee relations, and engagement. You will be at the forefront of directing the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Minimum 6 years' experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility as an HR Manager or Business Partner. Strong oral and written communication skills and experience with driving employee engagement and positive employee relations with all levels of employees. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
