We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, making reports, providing administrative support, filing, and ensuring efficient office operations.

We are starting off at $15.00 an hour. Working weekends/evenings on rotation -as needed is required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, create reports
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with deliveries to jobsites as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, invoicing and record keeping
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic clerical procedures
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing/well and pump work is advantageous
