- Support administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Utilize computer skills for various tasks, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or as an administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
