The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and along with the knowledge of computer skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our daily operations and enhance the overall efficiency of our office.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to documents and records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as assigned.
- Previous office experience is required; clerical experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
