Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team and sell roofing jobs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both direct and inside sales, with a minimum of 3 years selling roofing, and the ability to effectively negotiate and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and utilizing technology sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

- Company Provided Leads

- Conduct direct sales activities to generate new business opportunities.

- Manage existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Perform inside sales tasks, including responding to inquiries' following up on leads and maintaining the CRM.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.

- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

- Participate in outside sales activities, including attending trade shows and networking events.

Requirements

- Proven experience in home sales of roofing is required., minimum 3 years.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Experience conducting product demos and presentations is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset but not required.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback.

- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $103,860.00 - $200,000.00 per year
