Your Role

As a Residential Roofing Closer, you will guide homeowners from initial inspection to final payment while building trust and delivering results.

Core Responsibilities

- Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on qualified leads

- Inspect and document roof damage

- Create accurate project estimates

- Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process

- Coordinate projects from signed contract to completion

- Collect final payments and maintain client relationships

What You Need to Win

- Reliable vehicle

- Roofing sales or door-to-door experience preferred

- Strong communication and closing ability

- Ability to understand estimates and insurance claims

- Self-discipline and drive to work independently

Preferred Experience

- 1+ year roofing or storm restoration sales - 1+ year outside or door-to-door sales

Experienced closers who understand urgency, margins, and customer psychology will thrive here.
