What You’ll Do

- Generate and follow up on residential roofing leads

- Perform roof inspections and identify storm or general damage

- Educate homeowners on roofing systems and insurance restoration when applicable

- Present estimates and close deals with homeowners

- Work with insurance adjusters during claim approvals when needed

- Maintain customer relationships from sale to project completion

- Consistently hit and exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

- Proven roofing or exterior home improvement sales experience

- Strong closing skills and confidence presenting to homeowners

- Self-motivated with a high-performance mindset

- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
