Field Marketer (Door-to-Door) – Roofing & Exterior Sales

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods to identify potential customers interested in roofing and exterior services

- Build rapport with homeowners and property managers through friendly, professional interactions

- Present product offerings clearly, highlighting benefits and addressing customer questions with confidence

- Negotiate service agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing sales effectively

- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress

- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and campaigns

- Follow up with prospects via warm calling, outbound calling, and telemarketing techniques to maximize conversions

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities for continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or telemarketing; experience in technology or technical sales is a plus

- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product value propositions

- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data

- Demonstrated ability in inside sales, and business development strategies

- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and momentum throughout daily outreach efforts

- Knowledge of marketing techniques including warm calling and door-to-door canvassing is highly desirable
