NO ROOFING EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM. We don’t care if you’ve never stepped on a roof. We want closers who have a background in high-energy environments or competitive sports. We highly encourage applications from:

- Solar & Insurance Sales Pros (You already understand the hustle)

- Car, RV, ATV, & Boat Salespeople (You know how to move high-ticket items)

- Furniture & Window Sales (You understand the home-improvement cycle)

YOUR ROLE:

- Lead Generation: Knock doors and build relationships in local neighborhoods. Connect with real estate agents, property managers and think outside of the box.

- Inspections: Conduct roof checks and present clear solutions to homeowners.

- Advocacy: Guide homeowners through the insurance process to ensure their claims are handled correctly. We have a 100% success rate on getting homes approved by insurance and we will teach you the same strategies.

- Closing: Successfully turn self generated leads and companies leads into signed contracts and happy customers.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
