Compensation

- Average earnings: $200,000+ annually - Top performers: $300,000+

- Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 paid within first 10 closed deals

Position Responsibilities

- Conduct roof inspections for storm-related damage

- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process

- Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion

- Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities

- Close residential and commercial roofing projects

Training and Support

No prior experience is required. We provide:

- Structured training on storm restoration sales

- Insurance claim process education

- Field training and mentorship

- Ongoing support to help you scale quickly

Experienced sales professionals will have the ability to accelerate immediately within the system.
