Sales Representative

BJ Field Services is seeking an experienced, driven Sales Representative with an established client network in the Permian Basin. This role will focus on selling:

- Hydraulic Torque & Test Services

- Rig-Up & Rig-Down Support Services

- Wellhead Field Support

- Pressure Control Equipment Rentals

We are looking for a self-starter who understands field operations, pressure control requirements, and how to position high-quality service solutions to operators and service companies.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $70,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and client portfolio)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand relationships with operators and service companies

- Generate new business in torque & test, rig up/down support, and pressure control rentals

- Maintain and grow existing client accounts

- Identify upcoming projects and secure service commitments

- Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless execution in the field

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications

- 3+ years oilfield sales experience (preferred)

- Established client list in the Permian Basin (REQUIRED)

- Strong knowledge of:

- Wellhead systems

- Pressure control equipment

- Torque & test operations

- Rig-up / rig-down processes

- Proven track record of revenue generation

- Ability to work independently and aggressively pursue opportunities

- Valid driver’s license
