Responsibilities

- Actively engage with new and ongoing customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable services

- Conduct upselling by highlighting additional features or options that benefit the customer and increase sales value

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships

- Utilize strong communication skills to explain pricing structures clearly and negotiate effectively with clients

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the oilfield environment

- Ability to bring on new customers / clients

- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and the ability to communicate value propositions clearly

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus

- Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules and customer interactions effectively

- Book of contacts in the oilfield

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
