Sales Professional
Ideal Candidate’s Qualifications:
•1-3 years of direct sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction
•Maintains a high level of integrity - we want people who are honest and accountable
•Personable and able to remain positive even when problems arise
•Organized, responsible, able to work independently
•Highly motivated to achieve desired results and conquer challenges
•Understands there is usually more than one way to approach a project
•Open to input and ideas from team members
As a Sales Professional you will be responsible for the following:
•Guiding customers through our upscale showroom experience
•Visiting customers in their homes to determine project scope
•Arriving on time in company-provided uniform to scheduled appointments
•Completing all job-related procedures, either on paper or using software
•Providing our customers with a positive, enjoyable experience
•Communicating project details to the installation coordination team, ensuring the customer is satisfied and happy!
•Operating company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner at all times
•Being part of the team through positive, engaging feedback and collaboration
•Maintaining an efficient, organized work area including company vehicles and all job sites
•Working in a safe manner at all times and alerting a supervisor if you observe unsafe work practices or conditions
