IRNS, LLC (“IRNS”) is a recently formed roofing platform that began with the acquisition of On Top Roofing (“OTR”), a leading roofing contractor in the Intermountain West. With a strong reputation built over years of dedicated service providing high-quality, custom roofing solutions to residential and commercial clients, OTR is now positioned for significant growth. IRNS was formed to create a leading roofing provider across the select geographies in the intermountain region. The company’s revenue goal is at least $200M over the next few years. The platform will focus on expanding its capabilities and revenue across the repair and reroof segments of the market. To begin executing on that initiative, IRNS acquired Valley View Roofing (“VVR”) in April 2024 to add new capabilities and a greater Salt Lake City presence to the company.
