•Responsible for supporting the ATLS global sales organization with client facing industry pursuits and proposals
•Support and lead (as delegated by Sales Lead) efforts to orchestrate all aspects of proposal process through the entire lifecycle, from development, internal governance, strategies to win, value proposition, proposal development, financial modeling to client facing presentations and contract negotiations.
•Support the sales leadership with strategic business drivers, market strategy and business campaigns to attract, win and retain work for Fluor.
•Align with leadership on business and market segments to improve Fluor’s position in the industry.
•Optimize external marketing, brand awareness and comprehensive services to win more work for Fluor.
•Responsible for developing and maintaining sales opportunities in Connect to Win (CTW) (Salesforce CRM) and preparing reports.
•Serve as the public face of Fluor with clients and at industry events
•Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements
•Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
•Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
•Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
•Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
•Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

•Gain insight on our clients and industry competitors and understand their key business drivers, industry issues, trends, strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and services
Preferred Qualifications
•Three (3) years of Fluor experience including six (6) months of project experience (preferred, but not required)
•One (1) year of field experience (preferred, but not required)
•Tracked as high potential by one of the company development forums
•Endorsement by the Business Group Sales Lead and the Corporate Sales Board
•Interviewed by the Sales People Development Forum and/ or the Corporate Sales Board
•Ability to learn, understand and employ all sales processes and mandatory “must have” requirements located in the Fluor Sales & Marketing ToolBox
Salary Range
84,000 to 146,000
Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
