Position Summary:
We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll meet with clients on-site—both homeowners and business owners—assessing their needs and presenting customized outdoor comfort solutions. This is a commission-based position, and your income potential is limited only by your hustle and sales ability.
What You’ll Do:
•Conduct in-person consultations at residential homes and commercial sites.
•Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their vision and offering tailored product solutions.
•Prepare and deliver compelling quotes, presentations, and follow-up communications.
•Manage your sales pipeline, coordinate with the internal team for installation scheduling, and ensure excellent customer experience from start to finish.
•Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends.
•Represent the LYFE brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven experience in sales, especially in construction, outdoor living, home improvement, or HVAC is a plus.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and close deals.
•Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
•Must have reliable transportation for on-site visits.
•Tech-savvy enough to use CRM tools, email, and quoting software.
