J MAR & Associates’ client, a respected and growing oilfield equipment client specializing in gas lift compression solutions, seeks a Sales and Marketing Professional to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional who can drive revenue and expand the company’s presence across West Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity to impact production efficiency for top-tier E&P companies through cutting-edge gas lift compression technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify, develop, and manage key client relationships within the oil & gas sector.

· Promote and sell gas lift compression technology for upstream applications.

· Work with the Operations Manager in preparing and presenting detailed technical and commercial proposals to clients.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in collaboration with senior leadership.

· Serve as a technical advisor to clients. Conduct field assessments, gather operational data, and recommend solutions that enhance client production efficiency.

· Support clients through the full project lifecycle, including design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

· Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.

· Provide input to product development teams based on customer feedback and market needs.

· Develop account strategies and sales forecasts in collaboration with management.

· Work closely with the operations and management to ensure customer needs are met.

· Train internal and client teams on the technical aspects of the company’s gas lift compression technology.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical experience.

· Experienced in oil & gas sales, ideally within compression or artificial lift equipment.

· Solid technical foundation in gas compression and lift systems.

· Proven relationship-builder across engineering, field operations, and procurement.

· Excellent communicator and confident negotiator.

· Willing to live in and travel extensively across the Permian Basin.
