As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative for Warner's Decking & Remodeling, you will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service to customers interested in decking products. Your goal will be to educate customers on the variety of options available, helping them find the best decking solutions to fit their needs and budget. This is a commission-based position. Non-salary. $70,000 a year is an estimate based on current sales team. Transportation compensation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
•Meet with customers at their home to identify customer needs and provide personalized decking recommendations and solutions.
•Manage a portfolio of prospective and existing clients, including homeowners, contractors, and commercial businesses.
•Drive sales through product knowledge, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.
•Present product demonstrations and quotes to clients, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and installation processes.
•Negotiate and close sales deals effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Work closely with the marketing team and office team to stay updated on promotions, product launches, and industry trends.
•Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
•Attend trade shows, community events, and other networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or outdoor products.
•Knowledge of decking materials (e.g., wood, composite, PVC) and outdoor living solutions is a plus.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects at once.
•Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
•A passion for outdoor living and home improvement.
•Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
