Summary

We seek two dynamic Sales Professionals to join our Dover Doors & Windows team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will help us continue our legacy of excellence while building meaningful relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

•

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

•

Maintain and develop relationships with the company’s existing customers by ensuring regular contact with them through meetings, speaking with them on the phone, and communicating with them by email

•

Compile customer and market information useful for planning and executing sales.

•

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

•

Process quotes and sales transactions accurately using Dover's systems.

•

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

•

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in a sales or customer service environment is preferred.

•

Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.

•

Must be able to follow the Dover process.

•

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.

•

Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
