Professional Sales – Home Improvement Showroom
Lifetime Coatings & Proslat are the leading provider of concrete coatings and premium garage and home organization systems. We are expanding our presence in the Dallas Fort Worth area and are seeking a driven, experienced Sales professional to drive local growth from our new showroom.
We're looking for someone who can proactively generate new leads, close projects, assist in managing showroom operations, and help build our local presence. You will be the driving force behind your store's success, with strong support from our head office team.

About the Role:
•90% Sales Focused: You will be responsible for outbound sales — generating leads, building a pipeline, and closing projects with builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners. Walk-in traffic will supplement your efforts, but the majority of your success will come from active outreach and relationship building.
•10% Operations: You will support your General Manager as needed with showroom upkeep, coordinate scheduling for installations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a local sales strategy to drive project sales
•Prospect builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners through cold calling, site visits, networking, and community outreach
•Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultation, quoting, and closing
•Build and maintain partnerships to grow B2B and referral business
•Attend local networking events and tradeshows to expand your network
•Coordinate project installations and oversee service scheduling with subcontractors (in coordination with you GM)
•Maintain showroom presentation
•Promote the showroom locally through your personal social media presence
•Track and report key sales and operational KPIs to head office
What We're Looking For:
•Proven success in outbound sales or business development (home improvement, construction materials, or related fields preferred)
•Motivated by commissions and high earning potential
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
•Able to manage basic operational tasks to support showroom performance
•Familiarity with managing basic operations, inventory, or service coordination is a plus
•Experience in home improvement, construction materials, or a related industry is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
•$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
