We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our software solutions and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

•

Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate customer records.

•

Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.

•

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement.

•

Provide product demonstrations and answer inquiries regarding our technology offerings.

•

Follow up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts and nurture them through the sales pipeline.

•

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology sales.

•

Strong understanding of telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies.

•

Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients.

•

A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

•

Familiarity with market trends in technology is a plus but not required.
