Summary
As an Appointment Coordinator at Exterior Point Home Remodeling, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position is essential to our mission of providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners.
Responsibilities
•Manage incoming inquiries from potential clients via phone and email.
•Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with homeowners.
•Utilize CRM software to track leads and appointment schedules effectively.
•Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their needs.
•Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads and confirm appointments.
•Assist in developing strategies for business growth through effective communication.
Requirements
•Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
