The Sales Program Specialist is a high-impact role supporting franchise success and process optimization. This is a critical team role working closely with the Program Director of Sales to ensure our sales programs and activities are effective and aligned with Re-Bath?s business goals. You?ll collaborate across teams to shape and support sales initiatives, track KPIs, and drive execution across the sales funnel. Strong analytical, presentation, project management, and performance improvement skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting
•Generate sales performance reports, including Top 100 lists, monthly summaries, and controlled group results via Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytics platforms.
•Track and analyze KPI trends in each step of the selling process, identify and report wins or concerns, and support recognition or improvement plans.
•Provide leadership and franchisees feedback on key performance metrics such as acquisition and conversion rates, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Coaching
•Conduct training for new and existing sales teams, equipping them with the materials and resources to drive sales performance using Re-Bath strategies.
•Host engaging calls and webinars to effectively drive results. Promote understanding and utilization of new or improved strategies, sales techniques, and company programs.
•Manage underperforming areas as needed with detailed improvement plans, coordinate additional training sessions, and provide clear documentation and regular follow-ups.
Enablement
•Use FranConnect to create, update, and refine content on Re-Bath Academy, including SOPs, instructional materials, sample decks, scripts, and job aids.
•Identify, recommend, and implement training programs to close performance gaps and improve sales results using data-driven ideas, feedback loops, and pilot testing.
•Attend sales and vendor meetings to learn product selling techniques and gather insights.
Qualifications:
(commensurate with a budgeted salary of $75,000)
•Must have experience in sales, preferably working with franchise systems or distributed sales teams.
•Experienced in training, performance management, and motivating sales teams.
•Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, and tools like Ingage or Rilla.
•Strong data analysis skills with a talent for interpreting and communicating sales metrics.
•Ability to travel up to 10%.
•Knowledge of home services or remodeling sales processes is a big plus.
