About the Role

STH Windows & Doors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our Sales Representatives with quoting, order management, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with construction terminology, and eager to support a growing sales operation from behind the scenes. This is an in-person position that plays a vital role in helping us deliver accurate, timely service to homeowners and contractors alike.

Key Responsibilities

•

Review and prepare estimates, takeoffs, submittals, product specifications, and tracking

•

Assist with managing vendor communications and purchase orders

•

Ensure accuracy of estimate details including product swings, sizes, and configurations

•

Update CRM and sales pipeline systems with current project information

•

Coordinate internally with operations and field teams for job status updates

•

Assist in the use of systems such as Contractor Foreman, PrefSuite, or vendor ordering portals

•

Identify and escalate issues with product availability, errors, or job constraints

•

Participate in daily meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts

Preferred Skills & Experience

•

Knowledge of window and door products, particularly swing configurations and manufacturer specs

•

Experience with estimating software or construction management tools (e.g., Contractor Foreman, Buildertrend, Procore)

•

Familiarity with PrefSuite or other vendor ordering systems is a strong plus

•

Strong computer skills (Excel, document management, database updates)

•

Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly

•

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

•

Excellent communication and follow-up skills
