Key Responsibilities
•Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
•Help customers identify and secure the best electricity rate for their home.
•Listen actively to customers’ concerns and recommend the products that best fit their needs.
•Apply effective closing techniques to overcome objections and finalize sales.
•Explore and experiment with new, non-traditional ways to connect with customers, remaining open to feedback.
•Willing to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
•Bring excitement and interest in learning about industry and all the related information required to be successful.
•Offer additional products through our concierge service such as internet and home security plans.
Requirements
•2+ years of inside sales or related experience preferred.
•2+ years of customer service experience preferred .
•1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations.
•Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
•Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based tools.
•A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
