Overview
The Specialist will support the reporting and analytics for service line inspection (SLI) and natural gas detector installation (NGD) programs.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
•Gather, review, analyze and report data on all aspects of the SLI and NGD program. Ensure compliance with company specifications.
•Connect numerous databases and internal systems to one another to develop and extract reports. Create dashboards using the data and report results to various internal stakeholders.
•Compare customer data to installation and inspection work orders to develop customer lists for customer communications.
•Create Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards.
•Ability to connect databases through sql, python or other applicable.
•Develop all productivity and work plan reports by connecting various databases to one another.
•Monitor exception reports for any installations that are not synced on all applicable IT systems.
•Review and rectify discrepancies in SLI data.
•Track customer refusal data and ensure rejection is reflected correctly in the applicable system of record using advanced excel skills.
•Create SharePoint to track installations and inspections.
•Develop dashboards to highlight project/program efficiency/productivity reports.
•Participate in special projects as assigned.
•Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
•Bachelor's Degree and 2 years full time related work experience or
•Associate's Degree and 4 years full time related work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics.
Relevant Work Experience
•Demonstrated quantitative experience and critical thinking capabilities. Required
•Previous experience of querying data for multiple internal systems, performing variance analysis and communicating the results. Required
•Proficient in MS Word, Power Point and have advanced Excel skills. Required
•Prior experience developing and analyzing reports using tableau and/or power BI. Required
