Duties

•

Answer incoming sales calls

•

Reply to emails, label and organize shared mailbox

•

Greet, work with, and support walk-in customers

•

Complete and present quotes to customers

•

Solve problems effectively, in a timely manner

•

Track and document leads

•

Meet and exceed sales targets

•

Communicate effectively with team members

•

Follow procedures and training

•

Behave courteously and professionally at all times

•

Use computer platforms as directed

•

Express information accurately

•

Become a product specialist

•

Pro-active investigation of customer needs

•

Digitize and archive paperwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
