Requirements
•Minimum 2 years customer service experience

Duties
•Answer incoming sales calls
•Reply to emails, label and organize shared mailbox
•Greet, work with, and support walk-in customers
•Complete and present quotes to customers
•Solve problems effectively, in a timely manner
•Track and document leads
•Meet and exceed sales targets
•Communicate effectively with team members
•Follow procedures and training
•Behave courteously and professionally at all times
•Use computer platforms as directed
•Express information accurately
•Become a product specialist
•Pro-active investigation of customer needs
•Digitize and archive paperwork
