We currently have an opening for a Sales Support Specialist in our Pensacola location.
Primary Duties:
•Build quotes as needed for sales team prioritized by need
•Create documents for customer signature
•Coordinate with the Service and Parts departments for jobs related to machinery quotes
•Ensure the CRM system is up to date with current deals
•Assist with sales pipeline updates for management team members
•Remain current with knowledge of manufacturer rebates and promotions for sales quoting
•Update sales reports as needed daily, weekly and monthly
•Dispatch trucks for location transfers
•Develop P.O’s for freight companies
Secondary Duties:
•Submit customer applications for finance approval
•Pull data from sales quotes to create invoices
•Retrieve delivery reports for customer signatures
•Upload signed delivery reports to manufacturer portals
•Purchase extended warranties on manufacturer portals when applicable
•Communicate with sales, service and parts department throughout the day
As Needed Duties:
•Submit signed documents to finance company along with invoices
•Scan/Save completed packets to the shared one drive and file hard copies
•Submit for manufacturer rebates
•Create monthly inventory count sheets to distribute to branches
•Research missing inventory (if applicable) after count sheets are returned
•Reconcile PO’s when invoices arrive
•Cross train on how to place equipment orders in the event of an absence
Requirements:
•Highschool diploma or GED
Heavy Equipment Industry Experience is PREFERRED

•Proven experience in sales, such as experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
•A team player with high level of dedication
•Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel)
•Proficiency in English specifically verbal and written skills
•Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Physical:
•Ability to see in full range color
•Ability to kneel, climb, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment
•Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
•Must be able to work in any weather environment
•Must be able to safely operate in, around, under and on top of equipment
