Are you passionate about helping others and delivering outstanding customer service? The MedEquip Shop is seeking a friendly and dedicated Retail Associate to join our store team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in finding the right medical equipment and ensuring they have a seamless and positive shopping experience every time.

What You’ll Do:
•Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect products.
•Leverage Your Sales Experience: Utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store’s success.
•Enhance the Shopping Experience: Continuously improve our processes, from merchandising and product selection to marketing and in-store displays.
•Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For:
•Customer-Focused Attitude: A genuine passion for helping customers and making their shopping experience exceptional.
•Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is highly preferred.
•Process Improvement Mindset: Consistently looking for ways to enhance systems, merchandising, product selection, marketing, staffing, and training.
•Team Player: Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team success. Position Details:
•Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
•Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $17-$19, based on experience
•Bonuses: Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on performance!
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.
Skills:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
•Positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers and contribute to a team environment.
Availability: Mon-Friday 8-6pm, occasional Saturdays 9-4pm
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting or moving of merchandise.
