Build Relationships, Support Operations, and Represent a Brand That Cares
We’re looking for a highly organized, people-loving pro to be the welcoming face and steady hand of our team! In this dynamic role, you’ll greet clients with a smile (in person or over the phone), schedule appointments, and make sure every customer feels cared for from the first “hello” to the final follow-up.
Your days will be a mix of keeping our office running smoothly—managing inventory, supporting daily operations—and getting out in the community to spread the word about who we are and what we do. You’ll represent us at local events, help build lasting relationships, and make a difference with every interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement & Communication
•Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth.
•Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries and ensure every interaction is positive and helpful.
•Visit happy customers, build relationships, and foster loyalty to the brand.
•Respond to customer reviews, addressing feedback and maintaining a positive online presence
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
•Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining accurate records and calendars.
•Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
•Coordinate photoshoots and videos with customers, showcasing their experiences and testimonials
Inventory Management
•Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
•Place orders, receive deliveries, and keep office supplies well organized.
•Order branded materials for events and promotional purposes
Operational & Administrative Support
•Assist with general office duties and help maintain daily workflow.
•Collaborate with the Marketing team on reporting and data entry.
•Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Community & Event Representation
•Coordinate and run community events to promote brand awareness
•Build relationships with clients, partners, and community members while promoting our services.
•Document events for social media, capturing moments and engaging with attendees
Customer Needs & Problem Resolution
•Identify and address client needs promptly and effectively.
•Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
•High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is a plus.
•Prior experience in customer service, office administration, marketing or similar roles preferred.
Skills & Competencies
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational abilities.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or CRM tools.
•Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel for community engagement. It requires extended periods of sitting, use of a computer, and interaction with clients in person and virtually.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
