We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our growth. This role will focus on sales incentives, sales events, and social media management for our sales program.
The Sales Operations Specialist is critical to creating a great sales experience for all sales representatives. The impact of this role will be felt by most sales representatives within the company and will require balancing multiple projects relating to events, incentives, and social media management. Sales leaders rely on events and incentives being carried out smoothly to reward sales representatives for their hard work and showcase the benefits of working in our sales program.

Responsibilities:
Incentives Planning and Execution:
•Work with sales leaders to develop, plan, and execute incentive programs and events to achieve specific organizational objectives.
•Work with vendors to create gear for sales incentives and follow through with vendors on deliverables and distribution of gear. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable agreements and pricing, and ensure all arrangements meet quality standards.
•Order and distribute prizes for incentives. Excellent attention to detail is important to ensure that all budget processes are followed and prizes are tracked effectively.
•Collaborate with vendors and sales leaders on managing inventory, anticipating future needs, and procuring company uniforms for the sales teams. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable agreements and pricing, and ensure all arrangements meet quality standards.
Event Planning:
•Coordinate with sales leaders to plan and execute sales events, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
•Track spending and follow through on budgets for each event and ensure that all company budget processes are followed.
•Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, such as travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and on-site activities.
•Communicate details of incentive programs and events to participants.
•Provide clear and timely information regarding schedules, expectations, and any relevant details.
Social Media Promotion and Marketing:
•Work with sales leaders and third-party branding groups to create awareness and generate excitement for the sales brand.
•Track followers and work with sales leaders to increase visibility.
Measurement and Reporting:
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for events, incentive programs, and social media.
•Measure and report on the success and impact of initiatives.
•Collect feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of incentive programs and events.
•Use feedback to make improvements and adjustments for future initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
•Identify and manage potential risks associated with events and incentive programs.
Innovation and Creativity:
•Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance the appeal and success of incentive programs and events.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2 years of equivalent relevant experience.
•Proven experience in planning and executing events or incentive programs.
•Strong project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without supervision.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Negotiation skills for partnering with vendors and partners.
•Creativity and the ability to think strategically about incentives and events.
•Strong Google Sheets skillset, to work with the sales operations team, track spending, and report to departmental and company leaders.
•Knowledge of relevant software tools for event planning and communication.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
