About the Role:

Bella Construction is seeking a motivated, energetic, and persuasive Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. Your primary mission? Make outbound calls to homeowners, connect with prospective customers, and schedule appointments for our exterior specialists. What You’ll Do:

•

Make outbound cold and warm calls to homeowners in local storm-affected or targeted marketing areas

•

Educate potential customers on Bella Construction’s services: roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and storm damage restoration

•

Build trust and generate interest to schedule free, no-obligation inspections or estimates

•

Follow call scripts while personalizing conversations and handling common objections

•

Track conversations, notes, and follow-up actions in our CRM

•

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates

What We’re Looking For:

•

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily (this is a phone-heavy role!)

•

Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills

•

Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a strong plus

•

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude

•

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
