We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with solid experience to lead teams, oversee accounts receivable, sales strategies, and customer service at our Stockton, CA operation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise the sales and customer service team.
Design and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain and improve relationships with key clients.
Manage accounts receivable and ensure payment compliance.
Monitor and optimize sales processes.
Report directly to management and provide performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating teams in sales or administrative areas.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of customer management and collections.
Hands-on with technology tools and CRM.
