About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing HVAC team. In this role, you’ll be the key administrative link between our sales consultants, our customers, and the installation coordinator, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely scheduling throughout the sales and installation process.

- Collect and verify customer information for accurate sales estimating
- Schedule sales appointments and coordinate installation dates between sales consultants and install coordinators
- Provide administrative support to sales team, such as filing documents and organizing records
- Process customer financing applications through various lenders
- Tracking of job cost and profitability reporting
- Communication of job information between Install Coordinator and Sales Team, throughout the process, including any job change orders.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist office staff in booking of service and maintenance calls
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
Must possess the ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to prioritize work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
