About the Role
As a Solar Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our commercial solar business, operating across multiple provinces, including ON, NS, PEI, AB, and BC. Your responsibilities encompass a range of activities that support our sales channels in achieving their targets and ensure the success of our solar projects. Your role will involve collaborating with our sales teams, gathering valuable feedback from them, and leveraging your expertise to optimize our solar proposals and company policies in line with regional regulations. Ultimately, you will contribute to boosting sales productivity, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving the company's overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
•Proposal Needs Analysis: Collaborate closely with our sales teams to design tailored solar proposals that align with the unique requirements of our clients while adhering to company and regional solar policies.
•Proposal Design, Review, and Approval: Oversee the proposal design process, ensuring thorough reviews and approvals as per company policy. Verify the accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
•Lead Response: Maintain a proactive approach to promptly respond to lead reviews, facilitating the swift advancement of sales contracts and client engagements.
•Solar Policy and Incentive: Stay current with the ever-evolving landscape of solar policies, incentives, and regulations in various provinces. Use this knowledge to optimize our solar proposals and templates to ensure compliance with regional requirements.
•Enhancing Sales Practices: Collect valuable feedback from our sales agents about the sales process, proposals, and customer interactions. Use this feedback to optimize our company's service standards, procedures, and solutions.
•Sales Progress Tracking: Collaborate with the sales teams to closely monitor contract progress, sign-offs, and project milestones. Ensure adherence to established timelines, and track progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
•Training and Support: Provide valuable training and support to our sales teams to enhance their product knowledge, technical knowledge, project process and industry policy and trend to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
•Sales Target Achievement: Work closely with the sales teams to develop and execute strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving and surpassing company annual sales targets.
