JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing appointment schedules, ensuring seamless communication, and assisting in various administrative tasks to support the sales department.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients inquiring about solar products and services. ● Communicate with the sales team to relay appointment details, client preferences, and any specific requirements. ● Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team. ● Manage and update the sales calendar to optimize efficiency and ensure accurate representation of team availability. ● Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide relevant information. ● Follow up with clients to gather feedback, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. ● Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM software. ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handover of information and documentation. ● Compile and analyze data related to appointment schedules, client interactions, and sales performance. ● Generate reports for the sales team to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. ● Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus. ● Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred. ● Excellent interpersonal customer service skills. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills required for the position. ● Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Aurora experience preferred.
