We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to support our growing HVAC, roofing, and siding divisions. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial consultation to contract execution.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, understands home improvement projects, and is comfortable working with both homeowners and commercial clients.
- Generate and manage sales opportunities for HVAC, roofing, and siding projects
- Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to assess needs and present solutions
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal operations teams
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Educate customers on products, financing options, and project timelines
- Maintain follow-ups and manage a sales pipeline
- Represent the company professionally at job sites, events, and meetings
- Collaborate with leadership, project managers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution
- Sales experience in construction, home improvement, HVAC, roofing, or siding preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable with in-home, on-site, and consultative sales
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Existing book of business or referral network
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting
- Experience selling financing options
- Prior CRM or sales software experience- Base salary + commission (competitive and uncapped)
