Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Key Account Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and creating tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. The role involves monitoring market trends, strategizing for customer growth, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to address customer challenges and achieve organizational objectives. Flexibility to travel within the region for client meetings may be required.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in account management, business development, and client relationship management

- Understanding of market analysis, sales strategies, and contract negotiations

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities

- Familiarity with sustainable practices, logistics, and port operations is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage

- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant business tools

- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
