Kenkay Solar is expanding our Home Energy Solutions division, offering homeowners cutting-edge upgrades like smart panels, whole-home generators, solar batteries, and solar PV systems. We are looking for a motivated, organized Inside Sales Representative who can thrive remotely while delivering results.

What You’ll Sell

You will educate homeowners on high-demand home improvement solutions:

Smart electrical panels

Whole-home backup generators

Solar batteries / energy storage

Solar PV systems

Additional energy-efficient home upgrades

Training is provided — you just need the drive and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work remotely (Florida residents only)

Conduct occasional in-home consultations

Manage company-provided inbound leads

Self-generate new leads via outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up

Present and explain energy solutions clearly

Maintain accurate CRM: notes, appointments, follow-ups, pipeline stages

Submit daily sales activity reports

Collaborate with operations and field techs

Maintain and consistently hit assigned monthly sales quotas

Represent the company professionally during home visits

Base salary + uncapped commission

Ideal Candidate

Must live in Florida

Excellent phone and in-person communicator

Strong outbound calling skills

CRM experience required (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

Able to produce daily activity reports

Comfortable meeting monthly quotas

Self-motivated, organized, and competitive

Reliable transportation for in-home consultations

Sales experience preferred — energy industry a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
