We are currently searching for a Administrative Assistant to join our team!
This job opportunity is an in-person opportunity in Westhampton Beach, New York.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain customer records
- Coordinate with vendors
- Communicating with and maintaining relationships with our valued customers.
- Sending invoices, recording payments, sending reminders to customers with outstanding payments, and overseeing customer payments.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage phone and handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Manage schedules and appointments for executives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online is a must!
- Ability to speak English is a must
- Experience in customer service/customer relations, invoicing
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
