Property Manager

This is a full time, on-site role located in Greenbelt, MD for a Property Manager / Office Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring properties are well maintained, efficiently operated, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and vendors, coordinating repairs and capital improvements, conducting regular property inspections, managing budgets, maintaining accurate records, and supporting leasing activities. The role also involves fostering strong tenant relationships, monitoring lease compliance, and ensuring a high standard of property operations and presentation.

In addition, this role will serve as Office Manager, supporting administrative and organizational functions. Office responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing mail, organizing digital and physical documents, maintaining files and records, coordinating schedules, and providing general administrative support to keep the office organized and running smoothly.
