The Project Support Admin plays a key role in supporting the Project Management department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for:
- Shop packets
- Quality labels
- Owner Manual/AC packet creation
- Serve as a backup for state certification programs and PE stamps.
- Actively Demonstrate PTMW’s core values of Credibility, Accountability, Leadership and Fairness.
- Other duties as assigned
At least one year of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
